It tries to check version and "asks scooter for version" and hangs. Nothing more. I've got a "minirobot" version from eBay

Hi guys new to this forum and was looking for some help. My m365 arrived yesterday and I'm looking to make it faster! ive downloaded the software loader but can't find where to get the bin files from. Does anyone know where I can download? Thanjs guys

Just downloaded app and connected to scooter but only getting two options - one to "Open bin" and other is "Flash bin" - when I click on open bin get a list of folders on phone so what do I do now...??? Do not get the screen that is shown on the video above...scooter was bought April 2018, any help before I remove the app as useless...!!?

It seems this forum is only good for posting thanks and not posting any replies to users questions...as before, I have a M365 scooter (2018 model) and having downloaded the app I am not getting the options for the BMS FW flash...it is asking for, or looking for, the .bin codes...maybe someone could answer how I get these .bin codes, otherwise will remove app and unlike You Tube.
