This guide will walk you through steps unlocking your Xiaomi M365 firmware and removing the 25km/h legal speed limit from your scooter.

    Buy Xiaomi M365 scooter https://goo.gl/MMG2Ve

Warning! This works only on Xiaomi M365 scooters manufactured on May 2017 and Later.
To check the date. Go to Segway-Ninebot app > settings > basic information

Or sometimes serial will look something
00035000, so any number above 00035000 will have two fuses and will work with this.

WARNING! Software power limit protects from overheating.
Continuesly riding on maximum power for too long may overheat and break your scooter!

    Xiaomi M365 flashing guide

    1. Download M365 freedom Android app.
    2. Make sure Ninebot app is closed.
    3. Open M365 freedom, select Connect, select your scooter
    4. Check version button will show current firmware
    5. Press BMS 107 to flash Xiaomi stock FW wihtout the 25km/h speed limit
    6. Flashing will take few seconds, after it's done, scooter will turn itself off.
    7. Turn the scooter on again and enjoy!

BMS 107 - Xiaomi stock FW no speed limit (better performance)
BMS 115 - Xiaomi stock FW limited to 25km/h (better range)
CFW w - custom FW changes acceleration and braking curves, unlocks 850W power but this works only for scooter with an upgraded battery. Removes renegaration and E-ABS brake.

    Download M365 freedom

Hi, the M365 is a fantastic transportation in a bigger city and the 25km/h on a flat roads is sufficient. However a longer uphills are killing the mija. How many Nm is available in the 107 and CFW version ?

well, I tried it and the firmware did flashed to 107. But my scooter still goes max 25,9 km/h even when fully charged, on a flat road and with skinny person on it.

Will try this. Do you have an option for scooters prior to 05/17?

Speed limit is to protect the scooter from overheating. It slows down and even stops on a big hills for a reason.
Removing limits may damage the scooter riding on a max power for too long.
