I was playing with my Asus N550JV a bit and this what I've got - Asus Hackintosh with the latest OS X Yosemite!

Super easy to install. Booted Hirens DVD, installed R-Drive, restored OS X hdd image with it on my Asus SSD, booted with /haswell flag and that's pretty much it.

Went through setup wizard, installed asus kexts, everything works fine from internet to graphics and audio. Except wifi and BT.

OS X 10.10.2 Yosemite (14C109) HDD image (MAS)
Image is from a russian torrent, so setup is in russian, but you can switch back to english after setup wizard.

Another good option is premade install USB with Clover almost as easy as the first MAS method.

      DOESN'T WORK: HELP REQUESTED

      Hello,
I downloaded all the stuff available (that includes 10.10.3 isos instead of 10.10.2), and tried to boot it from both an external HDD and from a internal HDD dedicated partition.
When it came to the booting part, it just can't find the "/haswell" boot file. No way to make it work: typing "-v" just made it flow through a lot of parameters and suddenly self-reboot after few seconds, without any result.

Is there a new way of doing it?

      Thank you.

You need to make a proper bootable USB Flash drive first.

If you downloaded premade flash image you need to restore it to USB flash drive with R-drive.

I booted up with hirens, installed R-drive then I restored the premate flash image (OS X Yosemite 10.10.2 (14C109) USB install for Intel PC and notebooks + Clover, Legacy, UEFI, MBR, GPT) but I get the "can't find the /haswell boot file" when I restart the PC and trying to boot into the restored drive :'(... did you formatted the partition to Mac os extended journaled (the partition with yosemite on it)? because I left it NTFS

The best way is to completely delete all partitions/space on USB drive and restore all image with rdrive.
