Yes it works in all kind of tablet/laptop with Windows 8.1-Bing.
I made clean install on my Clevo notebook it works perfect.
You don't have to worry about activation.
When having internet via wifi or ethernet automatically windows is activating since the serial number is in BIOS.

 

I am going to try this out on my regular pc if it works on it or not
