How to change Chinese language to English in Mi TV settings?

1. From the home screen go to Settings (gear icon).
2. General settings (gear icon) > System Language (first item on the second column)
3. Switch to English

How to install Youtube and Google Play App store on Mi TV?

1. You can't install official Google Play store on the Chinese Mi TV version.
2. But you can install Apkpure, Aptoidtv and Amazon stores with all the same apps awailable.
3. Simply download apk files on your PC
   • APKPure https://apkpure.com/apkpure-app.html?icn=aegon&ici=image_home
     
   • Aptoide TV https://tv.aptoide.com
4. Copy APK files to a USB drive
5. Plug USB drive to the projector
6. Select TV Manager > install apps from USB
7. Enable unknown sources prompt and Install Apk files
8. Download youtube, Video Lan player and all other apps through APK Pure and Aptoide TV App stores.

Bonus install Amazon AppStore

1. Download Via Browser through APKPure
2. Go to https://www.amazon.com/androidapp
3. Download Amazon Store App and install.
